Loupe+ does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and no account or sign-in of any kind.
Camera access is used to display the live preview and to capture the photos and videos you take. Microphone access is used only to record audio alongside video you choose to record. Neither is used for any other purpose, and neither is transmitted anywhere.
Captures are saved directly to your device's own Photos library using Apple's standard Photos permission. Loupe+ does not retain a separate copy, and does not access your existing photo library beyond adding what you capture.
A small amount of app preferences — such as your chosen control-column side, last-used camera and lens, remembered zoom levels, and sharpness setting — are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This information never leaves your device.
Loupe+ does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
